Company Team Building Trip to Xiapu: A Journey of Fun, Unity and Harvest

All employees of our company recently went on a team building trip to Xiapu, a coastal spot known for its scenery and marine resources. The trip offered a break from work and boosted colleague bonds via fun activities.

Upon arrival, the coastal beauty drew everyone in. First stop: Xiawei Island, famed for unique coastal landforms. Strange rocks, clear waters, and lovely light-and-shadow scenes amazed employees, who wandered, took photos, and shared joy amid laughter.

Next was Dajing Beach—a vast golden stretch with the endless sea beyond. Here, staff relaxed with beach activities: some played volleyball, showing teamwork; others strolled by the water, enjoying the breeze and soft sand. Casual interactions broke workplace barriers.

A key highlight was the company-organized sea fishing. Equipped with gear, employees sailed out. Though initially nervous, they soon got into the adventure, helping each other with fishing skills and cheering catches. The abundant harvest—various fish, shrimp, crabs—brought achievement and deepened friendships.​

More than leisure, the trip fostered off-work communication, enhancing mutual understanding and teamwork for future tasks. It also let staff relax, relieve stress, and return to work energized, benefiting the company.​

In short, the Xiapu trip was a success, leaving lasting memories and strengthening the team for greater company success ahead.
